Casa de Tres Palmas is a beautiful three
bedroom beachfront house with a private swimming pool
located in the gated and secure complex of La Puntilla, just 15 miles or
20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport on Mexico's Pacific
Coast--an area that is quickly becoming known as "Riviera Nayarit".
This single level, beautifully furnished home
offers all the amenities you require for that perfect vacation in
paradise. A premier vacation spot on the Mexican Riviera, Casa de Tres Palmas is just 18 miles north downtown Puerto Vallarta via a new four lane highway. Three miles to the south is the town of Bucerias with it's long, wide white sand beach. Bucerias offers many fine restaurants of varying cuisine and shopping abounds. Half a mile to the north is the village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle where you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen or charter a boat for snorkeling, deep sea fishing, bay fishing, or for some sightseeing around the Bay of Baneras. The now complete luxurious 400 slip Marina Riviera Nayarit is an easy 10 minute walk along the beach for shops, fish markets, restaurants and the Marina Yacht Club where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner along with the spectacular view. The Sky Bar above the Yacht Club Restaurant is a great place to enjoy a frosty drink while you watch the spectacular Mexican sunset. As you come through the gated entrance into the development of La Puntilla with its cobblestone streets and gleaming white homes, you will immediately see that La Puntilla is an upscale oceanfront property. The well manicured grounds and greenbelt areas compliment the cobblestone entrance and streets as well as the contemporary Mediterranean styling of the homes. There are 19 privately owned homes at La Puntilla and Casa de Tres Palmas is one of ten luxurious homes located on the water. There is a wide palm lined common area between the ocean and the ten ocean front homes, and a wide, well manicured green space between the cobblestone roadway and the nine ocean view homes at the rear. superior water purification system plumbed throughout the house. Phone
outlets and air conditioners are located in each of the 3 bedrooms, the
living room, and the hallway. There is a work desk in the master
bedroom where you can plug in your laptop or
connect to the complimentary high speed wireless internet.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything
needed to prepare a snack for the kids or a scrumptious sit-down
dinner for eight. There is a new stainless steel
built in gas barbeque in the refreshment center on the pool deck
so why not light up the barbeque and grill up that fish you
caught this morning in the Bay. Perhaps you walked along
the beach to the new Marina Nayarit and purchased your dinner
from one of the venders at the Marina--fresh shrimp or snapper
anyone? Menu depends on the catch of the day!
With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, Casa de Tres Palmas comfortably accommodates a maximum of 8 persons with two king sized beds and two double beds. There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the master bedroom is on the satellite TV system. Just off the bay-side patio and master bedroom, the custom pool beckons you to slip into the clean sparkling water for a swim. Perhaps you prefer to watch the glorious sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee from the comfort of the poolside master bedroom. The large private pool is complimented with two sturdy tables and chairs plus six chaise lounges so you can enjoy the beautiful Mexican sunshine. In the distance, beyond the pool and beach, is the breathtaking view the high rises of Nuevo Vallarta, and Puerto Vallarta, further south.
A short 10 minute easy walk along the beach (or the road) will take you to the village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and the new 400 slip Marina Nayarit. Enjoy a meal or snack at the marina restaurants or stop and buy some fish--fresh off the boats. Carry on past the marina to La Cruz where there are several very good restaurants, some with evening entertainment, as well as several small grocery stores. After a day of sightseeing and shopping, playing on the beach or a round of golf, how about a special dinner prepared just for you in your own home. By prior arrangement (and at an additional charge), a cook will do the shopping and prepare your chosen entree in your own kitchen, serve and cleanup. You do nothing but sit back, relax and enjoy! The next morning would be the perfect time to pamper yourself with an onsite massage, facial, pedicure and/or manicure in the comfort of your own casa. A security guard is at the gated entrance 24 hours a day, and a security patrolman is on the beach in the evenings and throughout the night.
