We had a lovely time and will be back.  The house and the pool fit our needs perfectly.

Magnifico!  The house was presented even better than we saw on line!  Enjoyed the secluded beach in the morning,

It was nice to get away from the normal fast life style in Ohio.  We were able to relax, enjoy the view and go out to the swimming pool whenever we wanted.  Be sure to get a massage!  LuLu (Maria) was fabulous!

Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us.  We will return.

We had a super time.  Wonderful pool, patio and view!  The weather was nice--beat the rains--so had nice hot days.

Beach glass heaven!  Every morning, there were new and wonderful treasures along the shore.

We will come back

Great week!  Don't want to go home!  The Rancho Grande Los Pinos ATV ride was well worth it.  Dolphin Discovery at the water park was great too!  A must if you have kids.

We found a perfect little Mexican town, "Pitiall" on the road that runs behind Sam's Club.  A lady sells tamales every evening across from the church.  Shopping was good there.  Enjoy!

Casa de Tres Palmas has been a wonderful place to relax and rest.   One can choose the shops, restaurants or peace and quiet by the pool--or just a few paces away--the beach. Love it!

We had a busy week at Casa de Tres Palmas and we definitely enjoyed the house.  The casa is attractive and very comfortable, quite and relaxing with beautiful views.  All the staff were exceptional.

We all enjoyed onsite massages.

We visited the beach at Destiladeras, ate great tacos from Jorge’s, where the people were sooo nice!  We walked along the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta and the kids stayed out till 4:30 AM enjoying the night life.

We went on a fishing, snorkeling and beach tour to Los Arcos and Las Animas beach and we enjoyed the Vallarta Adventures trip to Las Caletas.

We had a marvelous dinner at Mark’s Restaurant in Bucerias where the food was as good as I’ve ever had.  Other good restaurants were Meson Bay and Hidden Paradise.

We recommend any of the many small restaurants in Bucerias where we picked up 20-30 tacos for an easy dinner for about $150 pesos.  Most of all, we enjoyed the people of Bucerias and La Cruz.  We tried to use Spanish and they were always hospitable and friendly.  We would certainly like to come back.

Thanks to Marilyn for all her help making our stay so enjoyable.

It is easy to get up for sunrise, about 7 AM.  From a top the Norfolk Pine, a small finch serenades us, joined in harmony by the waves breaking on the shore.

As we sip our coffee, our hummingbird sips his nectar from the red bougainvillea and midnight rose.  Coffee refills in hand, we then set out on our morning walk to La Manzanilla Beach.  We never actually make it there, always getting sidetracked by our shell collecting.  We bring our treasures back in our empty cups and discuss them later during cocktail hour (which sometimes starts very early…)

One cannot dispute the superb quality of Mexican cuisine.  FRESH is the norm, so make sure you eat out a lot!  Two favorites were:

° Hidden Paradise, next door--left of Casa de Tres Palmas--if facing the ocean, and Victor's Tacuba in Marina Vallarta – walk around Marina almost to the end.

° If you are debating a massage, go for it!  HEAVEN.

° Horseback Riding at Rancho El Charro was fun, the horses all beautiful, healthy and friendly.  If you’ve NEVER ridden I wouldn’t recommend it, but if you just haven’t ridden in thirty years, like myself, I’d still recommend it.

° Ziplining – Canopy Tours de los Verenos was our choice.  The staff were all well-trained professionals yet still maintained a light camaraderie throughout the session.  Loads of fun, but not recommended for the weak of heart.

° Shopping -- Don’t assume you’ll get better deals from side street vendors.  The shops in Neptuno Plaza, Marina Vallarta and streets of Puerto Vallarta near the main street seem generally to be good quality and fair prices.

**If you haggle, remember to keep it FRIENDLY.

Many thanks for sharing your house with us--what a wonderful stay we had!  We’ve had such a relaxing vacation here I know we will return!

We’ll end here, can you tell we had a fantastic visit?

What a great place--we had a wonderful vacation. The weather was beautiful and relaxing.

We arranged a wonderful 50th birthday party for two of our group.  The food was delicious and the 10 piece mariachi band was so much fun.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and for sharing your paradise with us  We'll be back!

We had a fantastic vacation at Casa de Tres Palmas.

The house was beautiful.  For me, it was the pool!  I loved the pool!  I couldn't get enough of it.  I was in it as much as possible.  Swimming at night was wonderful!  the entire place was like a picture out of a travel magazine.  We couldn't have had it better.

We traveled to Wal-Mart and Sam's for groceries.  Other than that, we never went near Puerto Vallarta.  There was no need to do that.  We visited Bucerias and La Cruz.  We thoroughly enjoyed Hidden Paradise around the bend.  All in all, the entire stay was low key, but that is what it was meant to be.

Would we go again?  I certainly think so.  I have already been giving information to other people about the property.  After hearing about out stay, they want to look into it.....even the produce guy at our supermarket!

Thank you, Marilyn for all your help and information you sent before we went on the trip.  Everything given to us to make our stay easier was of good use.

Thanks for letting us stay here. It has to be one of the most beautiful and relaxing vacations we have ever experienced.

We are all getting together tonight for a "Night of the Iguana" dinner to relive our trip to Mexico!  We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves immensely.  Nine days together, and everyone is still speaking to each other!  Yup--a good time was had by all!

The house was everything it was described to be.  It actually was better than we expected!  The restaurants we enjoyed most were Carmelita's in La Cruz and Los Arcos in Sayulita.  We loved the beaches to the north, Sayulita, San Francisco and Los de Marcos.  We should have spent more time at the Sunday market in Bucerias!

Gecko Rent a Car in Bucerias could not have been better to us.  They picked us up in Puerto Vallarta and took us back to the airport at the end of our stay.  No hassle paperwork and friendly guys!

It was pleasure to meet you (Marilyn) after all those e-mails (when you were visiting another house at La Puntilla).

Thanks for a great trip!

We have found paradise here at Casa de Tres Palmas.  When we walked in the front door and looked out at the view, we knew we were going to have a good time.  A whole month in a place like this will make for some lasting memories.

The friendly people and wonderful places to eat make it a joy to get up and get going everyday.  After being here in this laze lifestyle with the incredible sunrises, its going to be hard to go back to our snowy town.  Enjoy!

We had a great time and we enjoyed being able to just spend time at your lovely Casa de Tres Palmas.  Our son and daughter-in-law loved the Jungle Canopy experience—awesome!

The people here are so warm and friendly.  The staff made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.

It was nice to have the pool as well as Banderas Bay at our fingertips.

Well, we’re off to the cold weather.  We will sure miss this beautiful little Island we had.  We sure enjoyed our stay and everything was near us--fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh fish and shrimp.

Again, we thank you for sharing your place with us.  Just like they say in Spanish,  “Tu Casa, Mi Casa”

Outstanding!  Fabulous!  Supurb!  Awesome!  Perfectamente!  The house is beautiful, the patio, pool and beach are spectacular.

For the past 10 days our family of eight has been very comfortable at Casa de Tres Palmas.  We have all explored and experienced the multitude of wonders this lovely paradise had to offer.  Golf, massage, beachcombing, fine dining, etc.  My personal favourite things were the Sunrises!

We have had a special family retreat.  Thanks for making your home available to us.

We had a great time with lots to see and do in the area.   Great restaurant spots and the kids loved the pool.   We feasted on seafood fresh off the boats in La Cruz!

We had a wonderful time.  We went to Puerto Vallarta and parasailed.  Its was awesome!  Hidden Paradise is a great place to eat.  Snorkeling was good, the water was clear but not many fish.  Thank you for much for letting us stay for a week.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.  It had everything we wished for and much more!  We felt so lucky to find this place.

We explored both north and south of Puerto Vallarta and found the people universally lovely and friendly, despite our lack of Spanish.

The food was great, particularly the restaurant just a few steps south—Hidden Paradise.  We loved the canopy tour!  It will be hard to return to work.

Encontramos Paraiso!

What a wonderful way to experience the local people and the culture.  We took in La Cruz, Bucerias, Puerto Vallarta, Manzanilla, Punta de Mita and Rincon de Guayabitos.  In between we frequented the beach, finding great shells on the two coves to the left and seeing lots of fish while snorkeling in front of the house (didn't see any jellyfish thought!).  Truly a great place for a vacation.

Thank you for opening your home.

What a wonderful vacation!  The house, the location and the people have been fabulous.  We took many walks along the shore and several trips into La Cruz and Puerto Vallarta.  Thanks for recommending Tacos in the Street--we loved it!  We even went snorkeling right here off the shore.  We saw many different kinds of fish, but watch out for those little jellyfish.

We took lots of photos and took in many thunder storms at night.  A good time was had by all.

Hi, my name is Jessica Bokor and I just wanted to say I loved this house! The beach was great, La Cruz was great and the pool was awesome. Although I was a little scared to go into the ocean cuz of the jellyfish. But oh well! : )

Love, Jessica Bokor

Owner's Comment:
Jellyfish are rare in the Bay of Banderas, but they can appear in the early summer.
